I’m so exhausted.
I just joined the 9lbs. Challenge. Lose 9 lbs. by Thanksgiving, so I can gain it all again the ON Thanksgiving, lol.
This sounds easy right? 9lbs. I’ve lost 15lbs. in two weeks, but ya didn’t stay off for long. I’m hoping to really, really focus on this wei…life style change. Maybe it’ll be better with the support of other people, I think. Anyway…here goes to a better, healthier me.
